Overview
Mobieus Systems is a business that has risen to the occasion. They offer their clients complete hosted desktop environments that are secure, cost-effective, and scalable. Their services are particularly appealing to the education sector where they can help make available 1000’s of desktops for students and staff at costs that are cheaper than traditional hardware and software packages.
Process
Working directly with key stakeholders, we identified the key goals for their customer base, which included the ability to manage their own user accounts and billing. Integrating into a payment gateway, we created a system that made the process simple and easy… both for the Mobieus admin, and their customer. We also, evaluated various email marketing tools, settling on Drip due to the robust integration it supported with thechosen payment processor.
Solution
To help facilitate their marketing, this website was designed to educate and gather leads for future clients. This site was created with a client portal that also allowed for easy payments, account maintenance and help desk tickets for clients.
