PGA Tour Superstore had a very outdated website, it was poorly focused and the user experience did not match the quality people have come to associate with the PGA brand.
An audit of the existing PGA superstore website revealed a website that was not mobile friendly, hard to use, and didn’t convert. Through extensive research including heatmaps and analytics, we identified where they were losing customers and consequently - conversions.
We spent time understanding how the users not only found the website, but how quickly they could find the products they desired - this included highlighting PGA superstars and bundling ‘their gear’ into quick and easy purchases.
Working with Bynder Group, the entire user experience was remodeled with an emphasis on higher sales and greater conversions.
The new website captured the energy of the golf world and encapsulated an entire marketing strategy including email, landing pages, brand pages, player profiles, and advertising programs with the PGA Tour website.
